- Do you ship orders?
Nope! We only offer local delivery within Hillsborough County (Tampa, FL). No shipping or out-of-area delivery is available at this time. - When will I receive my order?
Orders are delivered within 48 hours — often sooner! - Where will you leave my order?
You can include delivery instructions at checkout (e.g., “leave at front door” or “put inside gate”). If none are provided, we’ll leave it in a safe spot near your front entrance. - Can I return my order?
We don’t accept returns due to the nature of the product, but if there’s an issue, email us at hello@thegivingpoop.com. - How do subscriptions work?
Subscriptions are charged automatically each month. You can cancel or update your subscription anytime through your account. - How do I update my delivery address or payment info?
Just log in to your account and go to “Your Addresses” or “Billing” to make changes. - Where can I see your monthly donations?
We donate 25% of profits organizations supporting dogs in need and post our giving updates monthly on our Impact page. - What makes your bags different?
