  1. Do you ship orders?
    Nope! We only offer local delivery within Hillsborough County (Tampa, FL). No shipping or out-of-area delivery is available at this time.
  2. When will I receive my order?
    Orders are delivered within 48 hours — often sooner!
  3. Where will you leave my order?
    You can include delivery instructions at checkout (e.g., “leave at front door” or “put inside gate”). If none are provided, we’ll leave it in a safe spot near your front entrance.
  4. Can I return my order?
    We don’t accept returns due to the nature of the product, but if there’s an issue, email us at hello@thegivingpoop.com.
  5. How do subscriptions work?
    Subscriptions are charged automatically each month. You can cancel or update your subscription anytime through your account.
  6. How do I update my delivery address or payment info?
    Just log in to your account and go to “Your Addresses” or “Billing” to make changes.
  7. Where can I see your monthly donations?
    We donate 25% of profits organizations supporting dogs in need and post our giving updates monthly on our Impact page.
  8. What makes your bags different?
    Our poop bags are:
    • Made from a cornstarch–PBAT blend for a softer environmental impact
    • Feature handy handles
    • Come from a mission-driven local business that gives back
